These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GENUINEST application ("Service"). By using GENUINEST, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not access or use GENUINEST.

GENUINEST is operated by Brahmand Industries Pvt. Ltd., an Indian-based company committed to providing an authentic and safe social media experience.

1. The GENUINEST Service

A Personalized Social Media Experience: We offer different types of accounts and features to help users create, share, connect, and communicate in meaningful ways.
Enhanced Privacy and Security: GENUINEST prioritizes user safety by implementing robust security measures, real-time moderation, and tools to combat abuse and fake profiles.
User-Controlled Content Discovery: Users can explore relevant content through an advanced search and hashtag system, making discovery more effective and tailored.
Seamless and Interactive Engagement: Features such as streaks, real-time notifications, and engagement analytics ensure a smooth experience.
Ad-Free Personal Experience (Phase 1): Unlike other platforms, we do not allow advertisements for personal accounts. Business accounts may run ads in Phase 2, subject to review.
Content Creation Freedom: Users can upload high-quality media, use advanced editing tools, and access exclusive creator features.
Genuine Verification System: A unique profile approval process to prevent spam and fake accounts.

2. User Eligibility & Responsibilities

Minimum Age: Users must be at least 13 years old or the minimum legal age in their country.
Authenticity: Users must provide accurate and truthful information while creating their account. Impersonation or false identities are prohibited.
Legal Compliance: Users must comply with applicable laws and avoid any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.
Respectful Interactions: Users must not engage in harassment, hate speech, or harmful content.
Intellectual Property: Users must respect copyrights, trademarks, and ownership rights when posting content.

3. Privacy Policy

GENUINEST is committed to protecting user privacy. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and store user data. Key points include:

4. Content & Moderation

No fake news, misleading information, or harmful content.
No explicit, abusive, or illegal content.
Users can report content that violates our policies.
GENUINEST reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

5. Business Accounts & Advertising (Phase 2)

Only business-related ads will be allowed.
All advertisements will undergo a review process before approval.
Users will have control over ad visibility preferences.

6. Subscription Features

Golden Tick Verification: Available only before launch, post-launch restricted to reputed public figures.
Extended Reels & Media Uploads: Subscribers can upload reels up to 120 seconds.
Priority Support: Premium support for subscribers.

7. Account Termination & Content Removal

Users can deactivate or delete their accounts at any time.
Deleted content may take up to 90 days to be fully removed from backups.
Accounts found violating our Terms may be suspended or permanently banned.
Users can appeal decisions regarding content removal or account suspension.

8. Dispute Resolution & Legal Compliance

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
In case of disputes, users agree to resolve them in courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
Users can report issues through our support system for quick resolution.

9. Updates to Terms

GENUINEST reserves the right to update these Terms. Users will be notified of changes, and continued use of the Service will indicate acceptance of the updated Terms.
